Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother as was Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox, who studied for three years at the Royal Academy of Music London in 1970s, was accepted. Lennox made it through on an allowance for students as well as working part-time to supplement her earnings. Lennox was a student at the Royal Academy of Music in London, was dissatisfied about her performances compared to that of the other students. She began considering other options. Lennox began her career in the year 1976, when she joined the group called Dragons Playground. She left the band before the band was invited to compete on I.T.V.'s talent competition New Faces. Her main role was as the lead singer in The Tourists from 1977 until 1980. In this band, she got to know Dave Stewart and together they created The duo Eurythmics. Then, Lennox began to work on her first solo album Diva and it came out in 1992. Commercially and critically the album was a massive achievement. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album as a solo artist came out in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. includes a collection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul jazz tunes from her upbringing. Lepidoptera came out by Lennox on May 19, 2019. It is a collection comprised of four songs improvised. This E.P. First album of hers, Now I'm Letting You Go... was released as the soundtrack to her exhibit of artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is a Scottish politician, philanthropist and music producer and singer. The Tourists had a minor success in the late 1970s. Lennox as well as Dave Stewart, a fellow musician, went on to achieve international fame in 1980s with the Eurythmics. The album that Lennox released in 1992 Diva produced many successful tracks, such as Why as well as Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa is a studio album that features cover versions of popular songs such as No More I Love Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. Six solo studio albums and one compilation album at her disposal.
